Hi there! This page is all about you. No, really. 🙂
I want you to know how valued you are. That’s why these cards were created. Psalm 139:16-17 says the following:
“You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. How precious are your thoughts about me, O God! They cannot be numbered!” (NLT)
The small backstory is that I went through a season toward the end of 2017 where I felt overlooked and a bit out of touch. My work situation had changed and things were not very clear. However, the Father was right there working things out for my good.
Romans 8:28 says “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” (NIV)
Around the same time, I had the idea for the cards and decided to forge ahead. While the premise of passing out cards with a tip was something my husband and I had done previously, this specific design and words were very different. I feel like I can genuinely pass these out as I know (and I think we all do at times) what it feels like to go unnoticed and forgotten during a dry season.
Just remember that God often births something beautiful from our pain.
He designed each one of us, uniquely different and with an exact calling for our lives. (You can sign up for my newsletter to receive a freebie on this topic and learn more).
Below are some verses to remind you that you are loved, valued and cared for. If not felt on earthly terms, know your Heavenly Father certainly sees you and takes notice.
Matthew 10:29 – “Aren’t two sparrows sold for a small coin? But not one of them will fall to the ground without your Father knowing about it already.” (CEB)
I Peter 2:9 – “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (NIV)
John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (NIV)
Isaiah 64:8 – “Yet you, Lord, are our Father. We are the clay, you are the potter; we are all the work of your hand.” (NIV)
Psalm 139: 73-74 – “Your hands made me and formed me; give me understanding to learn your commands. May those who fear you rejoice when they see me, for I have put my hope in your word.” (NIV)
